Suddenly Workout
Yesterday i was doing gymnastics when manuel joined. it was a good opportunity to expand my training and use manuel as a training weight. i take him in piggyback, then he climbs on one shoulder, then on 2 shoulders, then on the other shoulder and finally on my front shoulders. i like it when he challenges me to handle all his weight. it makes me stronger and stronger.in the end he gets to ride on my thigh while i do calf raises.
