Subject TR-01 assigned independent anal preparation. Vacuum pump applied to the anus on her own initiative. She knows the Doctor’s preference for inflated tissue. Pump prepared carefully, suction increased until the opening is visibly swollen. After inflation she spreads and stretches the anus further, presenting it to the camera. No instruction required beyond the initial assignment. File note: Self-directed inflation and stretching performed to increase visual and functional availability. Compliance exceeds minimum.
