Wake and Shake
Since moving into my new apartment, i've been drinking an extra 6,000 calories of weight gain shakes a day! every morning when i wake up, the first thing i do is make my first 3,000 calorie shake before starting my day and ordering more food, and then every evening before i go to bed, i make another 3,000 calorie shake to sleep on! at first i started making them when i didn't feel like cooking, but now i'm so used to them that i have them every morning and night on top of all the food i eat regularly. i love the feeling of being absolutely stuffed and they really fill me up, so i'm starting to get addicted to them! i can't believe i used to be against weight gain shakes, they are pretty much all i can think about now. i love starting my day off in a nice and stuffed daze and going to bed practically in a food coma.
