Baby j’s diaper is super full, even though he insists it’s not! so, i take his hand and we head to the bedroom—it’s time for a change! “lie down on the bed, sweetie,” i tell him. he listens and gets cozy on the bed, looking so sleepy. i unfasten the 4 sticky tabs of his diaper and open it up—yikes, it’s very wet! i clean him up really well with wipes, making sure he’s all fresh. then, i slide a new, clean diaper under his bottom, sprinkle some powder, and fasten the new diaper snugly. i button up his onesie at the bottom. baby j is so tired, he just stays lying there.
