* custom request *this is my very first time taking an ice bath! as soon as i sit down i start shivering and my shoulders and neck tense up. i try to remain upbeat, but this was way harder and more uncomfortable than i had imagined. my whole body shakes and my teeth chatter from being so darn cold! i can't even bring myself to put my chest under the water, but i keep my feet, legs and butt in the freezing cold water. my arms and head shake and my boobs bounce as i shiver from being so cold. this was such a challenge for me! i hate being cold and this was honestly the worst cold challenge i have ever tried. i have never shaked soo much!! i push myself to stay in the cold water as long as i can but i get to my breaking point and stand up. my butt, legs and feet are so pink! i get out of the tub and am still shaking and my teeth are still chattering. i say this is my first and only ice bath but i do love a challenge so maybe i'll try it again some day.you might also enjoya nice cold bathout in the coldnice cold showeror many other videos in the related categories
