After accident
Hello my fans, unfortunately i had an accident some weeks ago and my wrist was injured, so i could not make videos for you. but today i want to do it for you. first i do some exercises with a 12 kg dumbbell, but then when i try single biceps curls, i still feel the injury. too bad, because actually i had no problems with this weight doing biceps curl. it just has to heal. so i get manuel as a weight to lift and carry, which i prefer than lifting only iron. just the idea excites me, which he for sure immediately experiences and feels. because of my wrist, i have not been lifting and carrying manuel but i notice that he now passionately enjoys what i do with him. apparently he has also missed it, me in any case.
