Celia’s Quick Workout
This time i wanted to show a couple new exercises that you haven’t seen me do before. first is some deadlifts with 2 - 30lb kettle bells. then some step ups. last we have some squat presses with 20 on kettle bells. 3 rounds in total is sure to bring about my heavy breathing. it was awfully hot in the gym today too so i had to show off the belly.
