My diet progress - 1 weekduring the summer holidays i gained a few kilos. i seriously went on a diet. i tried on the kimes ranch jeans last week and they fit tight around my thighs. now the belly has decreased and the jeans are less tight. all this in just one week. i will post videos every week with updates on my weight and diet. slowly i will feel more comfortable, the less clothes i will have now in the video.
