I tape together the soles of my feet and ankles, then lay on my stomach in "the pose" to show off my feet. i stuff white socks in my mouth until i start to gag, then i tape the gag in place. i put my hands behind my back and struggle like this, gag talking through the tape, until i am able to push the gag out of my mouth. i put the socks back in my mouth until i gag, this time using a neck tie to tie the gag in place. i struggle again until i can wiggle the tie off and spit the socks out. i show off my feet while i remove the tape from my ankles and soles.
