Pushup and Chinup Challenge
Fitness challenge time for you all! always feel free of course to follow along with me and try to attempt- let me know if you get it! but also, this is for your viewing pleasure, so if you want to just watch: good! first up: pushups. the challenge is to do 80 total reps in 5 sets or fewer, starting my last set by the 5:30 mark. next, i go down to the gym to get my chinups on. i have to do sets of the following reps: 8, 7, 6, 5, 4; i have to finish in under 5:30. let’s see if i can do it!
