Myself and miss lilly have some tension we need to let go of, and we have a good human punching bag available.   we unleash with our punches, and kicks - we have big chunky boots, so it's got to hurt.   while he stats upright, we soon throw him down to continue the beating.  once on the floor, we start scratching away at his back before planting more kicks to him and stomping down.   a merciless torment until we are quite satisfied.
