So you're flipping channels at some late hour on your home entertainment system, and you stumble across what appears to be some sort of mystery drama with a lady in peril, tied to a chair with a timer attached to her.  but this one is different.  it's different in several way.  first and foremost, the lady tied to the chair is topless.  that's not the usual way ladies end up in peril.  and second, there doesn't appear to be much happening, just the lady tied to the chair, gagged, screaming for help and no one coming to save her since the gag is keeping her quite quiet. and after a moment, you recognize the lady tied to the chair. it's noted b-movie and scream queen actress debbie d. you're a fan, and you know this is some sort of video production of hers that you haven't seen yet.  it's entertaining as debbie makes it look so real.  but it's not a real timed peril, right?
