*custom request we are getting ready to go out to dinner together and you are getting dressed. you go to put your favorite pair of pants on that you haven't worn in a while, and you can't get them buttoned. you are surprised because you thought you'd been eating healthy lately. so maybe the pants just shrank in the wash. but then you try on your next outfit and its too tight on your belly too. toward the end, you slowly start to admit that you've been pretty lazy lately and snacking more and more, and you stroke your belly amazed (but not in a happy way haha) how big its getting and how lazy you are getting and how hard it is to stop.
