Fave ab routine
I have a spine problem in my neck, which has made it so that i can't enjoy all the sports/ workout stuff i used to. however, glass half full, because i've actually managed to find an ab routine that i really like! it's pilates, but no forward neck flexion. it's difficult for me to find ab exercises that don't cause a neck flare-up. anyway, i'm not a physical coach or a personal trainer. but if anyone is actually interested in which pilates moves they are, the names are listed here: deed bug, hip bridge, and isometric press. toe taps, windshield wipers. a couple of times, with some of those. but if you don't really give a rats, and just want to jerk off to a chick with huge tits, working out in some classy workout gear, go ahead. that's totally fine and valid too. i wear a micro-bikini top, and some kind of 1920s-style panties. set to music. masturbation beats are so personal and subjective, so i just went with melodic house for this one. mute it and play your own if you're more into jerking it to jazz or something.
