Push Ups - The countdown
Five minutes to finish 10 sets of pushups. each set is one rep less than in the previous one, starting the first set with ten reps. i love these challenges. they make my muscles pump and strain like crazy. i feel the warmth in my biceps, triceps, and pecs as they bulge in the front of your eyes. the vines on my forearms and shoulders become visible, and i feel how my arms become heavier with each set. even if the challenge doesn't push me to my maximum, i relish the sensation it gives me. the workout outfit i wear in this video is one of my favorites: yoga pants and a sports top, which complement my muscular physique very nicely. it accentuates my round shoulders, thin waist, and sculpted legs.
