"baby j! come here, it’s time for a diaper change!” i called out to him from the bedroom. his diaper was so full, it was time to get him all clean and comfy. he waddled over and i told him, “lie down on the bed, sweetie.”  i unfastened all 4 tapes of his very wet diaper. then, i opened it up and cleaned him well with wipes, making sure he was fresh and happy.  next, i slid a clean diaper under his bottom, sprinkled some talcum powder, and fastened the diaper snugly.  “let's get your onesie buttoned up,” i said, snapping it closed at the bottom.  baby j was such a big helper—he took the dirty diaper to throw it away!  all clean and ready to play again!
