Kendra lynn is a born hoosier like me so when i booked her for a shoot, i knew i had to do a gag testing video with a series of indiana-themed gags! tied in a chair wearing a cow bikini, complete with a set of ears, kendra is ready to try out these gags to find out if they’re any good! with each gag i take decibel readings from two different distances using a sound meter app, kendra tries to sing a song for you to guess, and then she is given 20 seconds to escape the gag. gag 1: indiana is known for farming, especially corn and soybeans. soybeans seemed like they’d make a terrible gag so i decided to try out a bit gag using an ear of corn. first i stuff kendra’s mouth with two sponge balls and then attempt to secure an ear of corn between her teeth using some thin rope. i hadn’t tried this before and it was difficult to get it tight but i tried. another attempt may fare better. maybe groves could be cut in the corn to keep the rope in place. gag 2: indiana is also known for its love of basketball so to represent that, i stuff a squishy basketball stress ball into her mouth and seal it in with strips of durapore tape. kendra doesn’t think it will hold so i add some yellow athletic wrap over it. gag 3: can’t have an indiana-themed gag clip without one inspired by the indy 500! i went with using cloths to represent flags used during the race. first her mouth is stuffed with a pair of socks. a green flag is used to start the race, so she is cleave gagged with a green cloth. a yellow cloth is tied over her mouth to represent the caution flag. when one lap remains, the white flag is waved. after i tie a white cloth over her mouth, only one more layer remains. that last layer is a black and white checkered cloth tied over her nose and mouth, just like the flag that indicates a car has finished the race.
