Increasing My Breaths With Each Hold, While Topless - WITH TIMER
I've decided to challenge myself with this breath holding clip. my plan is to take about 5 breaths and hold for as long as i can. once i can't anymore, i will release and immediately take 10 breaths and hold again. the process repeats two more times with 15 and then 20 breaths. each time i push myself to hold for as long as possible, squirming and face contorting as i try. my tummy contracts trying to get me to inhale, but i attempt to win against that as long as i can. ((this video has a timer in case you were interested in my times. i am also releasing this same video, at the same time as this one, that has no timer, in case you aren't interested))
