I have made so many videos where i have spoke about the comparisons on how i felt from skinny to super fat. yet i have rarely spoke of the physical effects that gaining has had on my body. so in this video i thought it would be interesting to talk about the impact from skinny to fat. how that effects my body & how i feel about it too! i loved filming this video, it reminded me of how far i have come & how much further i want to continue too!!
