Custom: self defense kicks
In today's self-defense class, i will teach the girls 3 different kicks to fend off potential aggressors. first the low kick, with a swift movement, aiming for the balls with the shoetip. second will be the high kick, aimed at keeping someone at a distance to avoid confrontation. the third kick is one with the knees, slamming in the balls while holding the guy's shoulders.
