Yesterday my new fitness equipment was delivered and i wanted to try it out right away. clyde was working out with the dumbbells. after a few exercises, he asked me to copy what he was doing with the barbell. he practiced with a 23 kg barbell. i wasn't sure how well i would be able to do it, but it was no problem and i increased to 25 kg and clyde clung to me so that i was now carrying the barbell and clyde. after that clyde asked me to use him as a living dumbbell.after that i did some hip lifts with him. i like it when he challenges me to strength games, because i know he finds that exciting.
