I thought i was eating good, but today i bought a very good watermelon and ate 1 kg after cutting it. it was about 1 hour before dinner. and just before dinner i was quite hungry already, so i ate more watermelon and my regular meal and dessert. you can see my upper belly is almost the same size as my lower belly. i hope watermelons will remain good for the next 2 months, so i could grow this belly bigger every day! ;)
