Rubbing My Ears Calms Me Down!
I'm auditioning for a big role and i'm very nervous and anxious! i read online that rubbing your ears can help with calming nerves down, so i decide to give it a try. i begin to slowly massage my ear lobes, then the entire ear. i think it's working; cause i'm becoming more relaxed. i really like the way it feels. i begin to massage and rub both ears at the same time, this feels really nice! i think i will be using this ear rubbing technique a lot!
