Evangeline and kelly are both local runners for a political post. kelly is liberal and eve a conservative. they are both taking a stand on the local frozen wax museum displaying frozen naked women. what kelly doesn't know is that eve is working with the owner to get rid of her. once she freezes kelly eve revels in her victory but then she too is frozen because powers above both of them want them both taken out. levi poses both in various positions taking pictures of them the whole time.
