I know how much me going from fit-to-fat turns aurora on, and since she loved seeing how out of shape i was in my treadmill video i wanted her to see it in person! she got to be my "personal trainer" for the day, showed me how to do various exercises and i attempted to do them. even though i used light weights i was shocked at how difficult everything was! since i used to be a runner i never did any of those exercises, not that i'm much of a runner now.. but i had no idea what i was doing! you can literally see how shocked i am when she does the medicine ball because i already know that there's no way i'll be able to do it, despite how hard i try. this video made me so sore, this will definitely be the last time i try working out for a while.
