Behold the effects that christmas spent with an italian family has on me.  the video starts on christmas eve, where i tell you what i will eat in the following days (dec. 24 to 26) and do an initial body check: measure the circumference of my belly and weigh myself on the scale. the second part of the video is shot on the morning of december 27, and i am visibly exhausted from all the food i have ingested in the previous days. i sip herbal tea to make myself feel better as i swear: i never want to hear about food again in my life! every year i end up feeling so awful! i measure my belly and my weight again: the numbers have gone up... and i must admit i am not at all surprised, given the amount of what i managed to swallow! i hope this herbal tea will make me digest everything...
