I've been on my feet all day and i've just arrived home and i can't wait to relax but before i do i need to catch up on my emails because i've been so busy. but once i've sat down and taken the weight off my feet i can feel the pressure of my boots on my feet so i flex and roll my ankles to try and relive the pressure but it's no good so i remove them. now i v'e giving my feet and ankles more room to move i can wriggle my toes and stretch my feet better but i still have my warm sweaty socks on and my feet won't be happy until they can move better and breath freely once i've done that the relaxing can begin.
