Due to the sedentary nature of my morbidly obese lifestyle, my doctor has recently put me on a workout routine of doing a seated version of three songs in a popular dance game (so many jiggles) and doing 30 leg lifts on each leg. i am so incredibly out of shape that i can't even get through the first workout fully, but i sure try hard. you won't want to miss the fat slapping, jiggling and heavy breathing in this all new superfat workout video.
