Weighted Breatholds Go Wrong
Nathalia hops in the cold pool with her wet suit and goggles to practice some breath holds. after doing so good with her breatholds she decides she should attach a 30 pound weight to her 20 pound weight belt. only this time, once she goes down, she can’t come back up. the weight drags her too the bottom of the pool and she can no longer pull herself out. thankfully she has a good breathold, but a couple minutes in and she begins to panic. she tries to un attach the weight to no avail. eventually her struggling and panic turns to violently inhaling the water. her body convulsing, eventually the water is too much and the weight belt wins this one…
