Hello underwater friends! i'm glad i only have these technical problems in the pool. if it had happened in a cave, it would have been worse. i'm thinking about what i did wrong. (i had my mask tightened and yet air was leaking out somewhere. it was uncomfortable. it stressed me out.) i think we neglected to check. peter shouldn't have rushed! i knew something was wrong, but i didn't know what. the mask was pressing on my face so hard it hurt. still, the air was leaking. it was really uncomfortable. the inhalations were poor quality and the exhalations were stressful. closing the air intake didn't help to calm me down. so i took a radical approach. i took off the full-face mask. it was better not to breathe and enjoy the water in a natural way. all i could feel was the holding of my breath and the calm. that's all i needed. nyx   more underwater freedivers clips.
