Steven’s performance at work has been less than satisfactory with targets missed and continued slacking while on shifts his conduct hasn’t been unnoticed by harrison who invites him to his quarters for a special one on one appraisal. in order to stay in his job harrison’s disciplinary measures involves some over the knee attention spanked first over underwear and then bare bottomed followed by use of the wooden spatula, the belt over the bed and the tawse. harrison’s disciplinary measures serve as a reminder to steven to work hard and perform better knowing that unofficial unorthodox measures are used on an as required basis to deal with issues.
