My Toe Exercises
One thing i have found out in all the weight training i've done is playing with my slippers or sandals becomes a great workout! watch as i balance my slippers on each toe, pick up my sandals, and scrunch them while watching television. it's such 2nd nature to me, that i lose track of time when "working out" my toes. after a while, they begin to look like hands playing with my thick sandals!
