Getting ready for the evening by applying my make-up while resting my chubby belly on the sink, i tell you about what's in store for me later on: a dinner at a japanese restaurant on an all-you-can-eat option, in the company of a dear friend in front of whom i can eat as i want without feeling ashamed!  i measure the circumference of my belly and my weight when finished. afterwards, several photos of what i ate appear in the video (not all of it, of course! sometimes i was so ravenous that i finished my plate as soon as it arrived before i remembered to take the photo...)  once i get home, i tell you about the dinner as i remove my make-up and show you how swollen my belly is, but more importantly the inches and pounds i was able to accumulate in the space of a couple of hours! are you proud of me? we should go together next time, my dear!
