I'm stuck with the car, sitting on the edge of the open trunk, taking the opportunity to touch up my red lipstick. then, i go to the driver's door, place my right foot on the floorboard while standing on my left leg. i reach through the steering wheel to grab the key and try to start the car, glancing at the open engine. after a few attempts, my mules start to feel uncomfortable. so, i go back to the trunk, sit on the edge, and put on another pair of high heels. then, i return to the driver's door and continue my "starting concert." the car just won't start, and it begins to make me a little desperate. but i keep trying, pumping the pedal a few times to see if that helps with the ignition. finally, the car starts, with a bit of smoke coming out of the exhaust. i can finally get going.
