Ever wonder how the wrestlers at the london submission room keep themselves in such peak physical condition? well, now is your chance to find out as the fabulous morgana runs through one of her many fitness routines. if you've watched "f267 - morgana's workout" (filmed outdoors in a london park several years ago), you will already know that this fitness girl has amazing stamina. in this, her latest workout video, morgana opts for some traditional weights and a power twister bar, but also combines some of her favourite calisthenics exercises, such as press-ups and planks (great for building core strength). it's no wonder that morgana is one of the strongest wrestlers at the submission room and with her daily workout routines, she just keeps on getting stronger and stronger. try and follow along (if you can). at the end of the routine, morgana gives a double-bicep pose to the camera. simply wonderful. anyone for arm-wrestling?
