Today i bought a book on cigarettes and all its risk. as i’ve increased to 3 packs a day i’ve been wondering what exactly am i doing to myself. i’ve been reading this book all day and i didn’t know the extent of damage that cigarettes do. i knew they’re supposed to be bad for you but not to this extent. but i can’t stop smoking even while reading this. it actually turns me on a little. watch and see how the story unfolds
