I'm having a lovely nap on master's bed, dreaming about chasing birds, when suddenly a loud noise wakes me up! i bark in surprise, and remember i'm supposed to be guarding the house. no problem! i patrol the bed, barking and growling at the unseen intruder who seems to be in the ceiling, thumping around. eventually i'm satisfied that i've scared it off, so i pant for awhile to help cool myself down after the excitement, before settling down to dream again. i hope i can get back to the bird catching dream!
