Let's see what i remember from taekwondo lessons 20 years ago. turns out i still got it! first one of these, i think i will keep improving. front kicks, side kicks, jumping kicks, gotta work on my round kicks tbh (i forgot the motion), punches, stances, and a bit of fun and (sexiness?) thrown in. wearing black sports bra and lululemon yoga pants. and all when it is very hot in germany with no ac going, lol. had so much fun making this and totally open to more
