I'm lying in the sunlight, enjoying the warm carpet, when i hear a noise! what's that? do i need to defend my people, and my house? i bark loudly and growl, to scare the intruder away. there's no getting around me when i'm guarding the house! eventually, i wonder if the intruder is actually outside, so i bark and growl out of the window, to scare them off! all this barking and growling is tiring though, and i'm soon hot and panting with my tongue out. i lap at my fresh water bowl, and feel much better. but just in case the intruder's still somewhere around, i bark and growl a bit more, just for good measure. when i'm wearing my leather collar, i know it's my job to guard the house!
