Hello id like a new neck and adams apple video please. i want you to be in the same position as you are in the picture i attach below. all i want you to do is use a ribbon or thin cord and wrap it tight above your adams apple. i then want you to move your apple up and down and make throat sounds like in the example below, also gulp water every now and then. make sure the ribbon or cord is tight!
