Toothy is lying in bed, agonizing over his stomach pain. it's not going away on its own, so he finally picks up the phone and dials for doctor delicious, since she helped him so much last time he had a bellyache. doctor delicious is not available, but her office is able to send out an alternate healthcare provider, nurse noms. she arrives soon after to inspect toothy and ask questions about his condition. as before, toothy admits to having a less-than-stellar diet. nurse noms uses her best bedside manner to politely inform toothy that he might have less stomach pain if he ate a more traditional diet. she makes a list of healthy foods he could eat and inspects his fridge to see if he has anything viable already. she only finds an apple. while she's distracted with the search, toothy adds nurse noms' name to the list of healthy foods. when he points this out to her, she goes along with it. to top off his healthy nurse noms dinner, she places the apple in her mouth before submitting to his appetite. he slowly devours her headfirst! while doing so, he fondles her thighs and calves, and then pulls off her high heels so he can feel up her feet too. after eating his delicious dinner, toothy relaxes in his chair while nurse noms squirms around in his massive belly, complaining of the foul stench inside and begging to be let free!
