It's a work day, and my day begins with preparing the car before leaving. i have to warm it up to go to work. i check the engine oil to make sure it's not low, and everything is fine on that front. i close the hood and get in the car to pump the gas pedal and start it. i try a few times, but it still doesn't respond. i check the cables again and see if the gas filter is full. if it is full, i don't understand why it won't start. i try again, and boy, is it reluctant to stay on. i struggle a lot with my sandals because they're uncomfortable, but i have to do it so i can get to work. finally, after many attempts, the car starts. i rev the engine to keep it running and prevent it from stalling for a while. the muffler is very loud and noisy. you'll hear it roar for a while. in the end, the car doesn't stabilize, so i won't be able to get to work in this old fiat.
