Underwater breath-holding training (custom video)
Face-up underwater video with natural water sounds, occasional small bubbles, and slow head movements so the hair moves gently underwater. keep the eyes and mouth open when possible. the performance should gradually become more intense, with a dramatic and frightened facial expression toward the end. aim for a long underwater sequence, approximately two minutes if possible, while prioritizing safety and the best performance. a mans hand gently guides the head movements underwater.
